Cookie Policy

Last updated: April 28, 2026

Introduction

This Cookie Policy explains how STAGEM ("we," "us," or "our") uses cookies and similar technologies on stagem.agency.

We have intentionally built this website to respect your privacy. As of the date above, our website does not place any cookies on your device when you visit it. We use Framer's built-in analytics, which works without cookies and does not generate persistent identifiers.

This policy explains what that means in practice, what limited data we still process, what third-party services we link to, and what would change if we add new tools to the website in the future.

For information on how we handle personal data more broadly, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files that websites place on your device (computer, tablet, phone) when you visit them. They are commonly used to remember your preferences, keep you logged in, count visitors, and track behavior across sites for advertising.

Cookies are typically grouped into categories:

  • Strictly necessary cookies — required for a website to function (for example, session cookies for logged-in users)

  • Functional cookies — remember preferences such as language or region

  • Analytics cookies — measure how a website is used

  • Advertising cookies — track users across websites to deliver targeted ads

In addition to cookies, websites may use similar technologies such as local storage, session storage, web beacons, and tracking pixels. For simplicity, we refer to all of these as "cookies" throughout this policy.

Cookies on stagem.agency

As of the last updated date, stagem.agency does not set any cookies on visitors' devices.

You can verify this yourself: open the website in a private browsing window, open your browser's developer tools, and check the Cookies section under the stagem.agency domain — you will find it empty.

We use Framer Analytics, the built-in analytics tool of the platform we use to host this website. According to Framer's official documentation, Framer Analytics:

  • Does not use cookies

  • Does not generate persistent identifiers

  • Does not track, collect, or store information that identifies an individual

  • Is anonymized and GDPR-compliant by design

Framer Analytics measures aggregated metrics such as page views, traffic sources, country-level location (estimated from IP address, not stored), device type, and referral sources. This data helps us understand which content is useful and how visitors find our website. It cannot be used to identify you personally.

For more details, see Framer's documentation on their analytics: framer.com/help — How Framer's built-in analytics work.

Contact form (Framer Forms)

Our contact form is built using Framer Forms. When you submit the form, your message and contact details are sent to us so we can respond. The form does not place tracking cookies on your device.

We process the information you submit through the form in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Links to third-party services

Our website includes links to external services that we do not control. When you click these links, you leave stagem.agency and the third party's own privacy practices and cookie policies apply. We do not place cookies on your device through these links — they only become active if you choose to visit those external services.

Examples of third-party services we link to:

  • Google Calendar (calendar.app.google) — for booking discovery calls. When you click a "Book a call" link, you are taken to Google's appointment booking page, which is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.

  • LinkedIn, Clutch, Instagram, Telegram, WhatsApp — links to our profiles and contact channels on these platforms. Each platform has its own privacy and cookie policies.

  • Email (mailto links) — opens your default email client.

If you choose to use any of these services, please review the respective providers' privacy and cookie policies.

What we do not use

To make this clear, our website does not currently use any of the following:

  • Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, or Google Ads tracking

  • Meta (Facebook) Pixel or Instagram tracking pixels

  • Microsoft Clarity, Hotjar, FullStory, or other session-recording tools

  • LinkedIn Insight Tag, X (Twitter) Pixel, TikTok Pixel, or Pinterest Tag

  • Advertising or remarketing cookies of any kind

  • Cross-site tracking technologies

Future changes to our website

We may add new tools, integrations, or features to our website over time. If we add anything that places non-essential cookies on your device — for example, an embedded YouTube video, a Calendly widget, Google Analytics, or marketing pixels — we will:

  1. Update this Cookie Policy to describe the new cookies, their purposes, and their providers

  2. Update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page

  3. Implement a cookie consent banner to ask for your permission before placing non-essential cookies on your device, where required by applicable law (such as GDPR for EU/UK visitors and similar laws for other regions)

We commit to keeping this page accurate and current.

Your rights and choices

Even though our website does not currently place cookies, you have general rights regarding cookies and your privacy that apply across the web:

Browser-level controls

You can configure your browser to block or delete cookies. Each browser handles this differently:

You can also use private browsing or incognito mode to prevent cookies from being saved between sessions.

Opting out of third-party tracking

If you want to opt out of advertising tracking across websites you visit, you can use industry-wide opt-out tools:

These tools do not affect our website (we do not run ads), but they help limit tracking on websites that do.

Legal basis and applicable laws

We aim to comply with applicable cookie and privacy laws, including:

  • GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) — European Union and European Economic Area

  • UK GDPR and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR) — United Kingdom

  • CCPA / CPRA (California Consumer Privacy Act and California Privacy Rights Act) — California, United States

  • Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" — Ukraine

Because our website currently does not place non-essential cookies on your device, we rely on the strictly necessary legal basis where any minimal technical processing occurs (such as for the basic operation of the website).

Updates to this Cookie Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our website, technology, or applicable laws. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes — such as adding cookies that require consent — we will take additional steps to notify visitors, including displaying a cookie consent banner where required.

We encourage you to review this page periodically.
